Vista BSOD error..BBCode 50

SO RECENTLY I LOADED UP VISTA X64 FOR THE FIRST TIME ON MY PC AND N
PROBLEMS THE FIRST 3 DAYS THEN SUDDENLY TODAY I GET THESE ERRORS. BELO
IS THE MOST RECENT ERROR, I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET THE ONE BEFORE IT
BUT I HAVE ATTACHED BOTH .DMP FILES FROM EACH OF THE BSOD. PLEASE HEL
ME! I AM PRETTY INEXPERIENCED WITH VISTA AND SO FAR ITS BEEN A POO
EXPERIENCE.

I can't dwnload these files -links only follow to main serwer not t
uploaded files.Find in *C:\Windows* any *.DMP files - In mostl
situation files from this folder included more importan
information.Will be better if you debug these files yourself and the
attache here.During debuging use parameter *analyze -v*.See more:'How t
read the small memory dump files that Windows creates for debugging

Some undentified hardware trouble...
There wasn't file *MEMORY.DMP* in *C:\Windows* ? I attache second
debuged *.DMP file which is differrent which you attached.
