Vista Business Backup Fails

I have Vista Business SP1. I recently deleted my backup files without
realizing that I would need them to complete future backups. I completed a
full PC Backup but am still unable to complete the shadow copy. I have also
backed up the files to DVD per the information in previous links.

The error message states I am missing backupset files. (0x8100000A) Is there
a way to create a backup for use as the backup set?
