Vista Business Freeze ups...

Hi,

I have Vista Business and it freezes up all the time. After about 30
seconds or over a minute the screen becomes usable again. Does anyone know
of an update or fix for this? It is very annoying and even happened while I
was typing this message.

Hi,

Possibly malware or other unwanted spyware. Have you run full system scans
with up to date antispyware and antivirus utilities in safe mode yet?

If the problem is not a virus or malware, something as simple as Disk Cleanup
or CheckDisk may solve your problem, or you may need to take further steps in
Repair Vista Options. Details in these tutorials.
