I am using Vista Business and recently I am unable to access certain web
sites. I either get an Error 403 when I try to download files from some
sites or get Internet Information Services notice although the web site
address is shown in the address bar. Is there any way I can reset Vista as
I do not understand how IIS works or how to correct this problem.

Why are you using IIS if you don't understand it? IIS does not come with
Vista and must be separately installed.

When I try to access web pages that will not allow me to load it is what
appears in the browser. On the control panel is tells me under Admin Tools
IIS 6.0 manager and ISS Manger are there and I assume it was loaded with
Vista when I bought the m/c.

I do not understand what the icons mean such as default web page, ftp etc so
I am assuming because the IIS appears on the web page instead of the web
site is has something to do with it.
