Vista Business problems with KB 935509

I am using Vista Business and got 935509. Now I have to use Outlook in Safe
Mode or it blows up. Does KB935509 impact Outllook 2007, or is this a
coincidence? In addition, when I open Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 files, Vista
opens a dialogue box, which I then have to click and run the application. Is
there a way to get rid of this? I realize that I can not uninstall KB 935509.
