Vista Business SP1 - Performance Rating missing?

For whatever reason, I have not been able to see the Performance
Rating information for several months now on my Vista Business SP1
system. This problem started BEFORE the release of SP1.

- Control Panel
- Performance Information and Tools
- "Last rating: 1/28/2008 11:38:36 PM"

Below that, the screen is blank. In other words, I do not see the
details nor do I have an option to re-run the test.

On my wife's Vista Home Premium system, all of those options (and
information) are present.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this?
