Vista C: Drive & Data E: Drive

I find that I am frequently running low on space on my VISTA C: drive. I
have used the disk clean up and still could do with more space.

However, my E: drive is virtually empty. Can I start saving files to this
even though it is marked as DATE E: drive.

If I can, is it possible to transfer / cut & paste / copy & delete files
from my Vista C: drive to the DATA E: drive?

Thanks for your reply Rick. However, without wishing to sound dumb, how do I
find out if the E: Drive (which is headed DATA) is my system manufacturer's
recovery volume?

click your Start orb, then "Computer" how big is drive E: ? if it's
anywhere form 4-10 Gig then its probably a recovery disk. If its larger
then it probably is another hard drive or partition that can be used. Yes
you can cut, paste, copy, even install programs to it.
