Vista can browse XP Pro Networks but not the other way

What can I do.. or what do I need to do? I can see the network icon of
the computer I want to connect to but when I click on it.

It says \\Q9203045 is not accessible. You might not have permission to
use the network resource. Contact the administrator of the server to
find out if you have access permission.

Strangely I can browse the drive from any Vista computer to this laptop
Drive [which is XP] ... using Wi-Fi... but not the other way. Do I need
to install additional network protocols to be able to view Vista
computers?? I have enable Vista security to be at the most minimum
possible and removing almost every firewall/ IPV6, etc,... still not
working.

Does the user you are browsing with from XP have proper permissions on
the Vista machine? Is it a domain or workgroup? Have you checked the
event logs?
