vista changing themes on start up

Every time i restart or turn off and on my lap top the theme keep
changing, how doi stop this please?

Does it switch to Vista Basic? In that case, your computer may have problems
with running Windows Aero. This is usually caused by hardware/drivers not
meeting Vista requirements, incompatible software (old games in particular)
or piracy.

it only started happening after i installed a program btu when i
unistalled it the problem stayed

Try to restore your computer to a point in time previous to the installation
of the program that caused the problem:
