Depends on the version, 2002 and 2003 are said to work just fine on Vista,
here are some quotes from persons:
AJR:
Yesy it is ok with Vista. Expression Web "does away with" several Frontpage
incompatibilites (Outside of IE 6/7) - and expands upon CSS (Cascading Style
Sheets).
Ralph:
Interestingly enough, Vista apparently allows you to insert a hyperlink in
frontpage when you're doing it on the hard drive. However, as soon as you
attempt to apply a hyperlink insert on the web site, it fails. If you
update
the hyperlink on your hard drive it will export to the web site
successfully.
