VISTA Control panel makes explorer crash!!!

If I try to open Control Panel on my vista, Explorer crashes.

The reported error is:
Download updates for Firebird Control Panel

This problem was caused by Firebird Control Panel, which was created by
Firebird Project.

The thing is that I've never heard of this program, is it possible that some
maleware has installed it? Otherwise my pc looks to be clean of any virus or
stuff like this :S
