Vista Corrupt??? or What???

Have for weeks been trying to download 2 important updates....will not
work....have tried many ideas from many sites....no-luck. Anyone still help
Vista owners from Microsoft????? This is frustrating.....so far to expensive
and is not corrected. I believe simple patch is needed...??? desperately
seeking "BRAINS".....thanks for help if you are able.....KollieBoy.

You also forgot to tell us which "2 important updates" are failing to
install.
