Vista CPU is 100% always...Need Help

hi recently my cpu is 100% and the memory is around 47%. I have scanned for
viruses, trojans and spywares but nothing is there.

The strange thing is nothing is showing that is using alot of cpu... here
are my two pics of the task manager.

Im not sure what is causing the problem... any help

Try clicking on the SHOW PROCESSES FOR ALL USERS button and see if that
turns up the errant process.
