Vista Crashes Blue Screen when attaching a file

This happens whenever I try to attach anything in Windows mail, such as a
file to an email or a photo. It also happens when in a browser, and a
"browse" button allow you to attach a file on the PC. I can drag and drop in
Windows Mail but not attach.

Any ideas appreciated.

Running 32 bit Ultimate.

Like some kind of error messages?

If you can't read your error messages because of rebooting, go into control
panel \system and maintenance\system\system properties\advanced\startup and
uncheck restart automatically. Then post your complete error messages and
codes.
