hi,
I've windows vista home premium on my laptop.
I've installed on it a bluetooth key usb "sitecom toshiba" (because I
haven't bluetooth on my laptop).
I had several problems with this usb key, the laptop crashed many times
when I inserted the key, so I decided to remove everything, and I
disinstalled the usb toshiba key.
Though I disintalled the usb key from the control panel and I used
Cclenaner, the laptop still crashing and I get this message "Windows has
stops working" plus it restart itself automatically and I get another
messagge about the solution (try to install the right drivers for Vista).
But I don't undertand why, if I've disinstalled everything, it is still
crashing and why into "my computer" I've still the bluetooth's icon
called "bluetooth data exchange"!!!
The error is:
Faulting application Explorer.EXE, version 6.0.6001.18164, timestamp
0x4907e242, faulting module TosBtShell.dll_unloaded, version 0.0.0.0,
timestamp 0x4574fe0c, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset error
0x0a2b4680, process ID 0xea4, application start time 0x01c9a0a599283575.
Is there any solutions!? How can I erase the bluetooth "shity" file or
key in my laptop?
Sorry for my english, is not my official language.
Thanks,
Rolando.
