I have used all versions of Nero as they have come out and had no crashes
recently. Out of the great range on offer I only install the Burning ROM
module.
I have just installed CDBurnerXP which as you say and despite its name lists
Vista as an acceptable OS and it enabled me to burn a folder with 400mb to
DVD+R and to CD-R using its default settings.
It detected the optical disk and just got on with the task, so much so that
it makes me think that I won't continue with Nero which is rather bloated
and pleased with itself.
Thanks Malke, for this link. Doug
