vista creates restore point every time I boot

I noticed heavy drive activity every time I boot for a couple of minutes or
so. I found out it happens at the System Volume Information folder so I
checked the restore points. Turns out that each time the laptop boots up, a
restore point is being created(hence the hdd activity) and is labeled
"Uninstall: Language pack removal".

Anyone has any idea why this happens..?
