Vista Credential manager

I have one Vista pc (thank god) on my Win 2003 network, the rest are XP. The
Vista user has multiple email accounts (corporate, yahoo, comcast, att). When
opening Outlook 2007 he receives Credential manager account prompts. Can this
be disabled like the UAC can be? Just trying to not have to use credential
manager if possible...
