Vista Demos ?!

Hey,

i was looking in the help & support demos
and i want to ask how do they record the screen because i've tried several
screen recorders but the apeerance doesnt look like this (mouse clicks, how
they mark things with orange)

please if you know reply me !!

I'm not sure about Microsoft but most use Camtasia Studio
