Vista Disk Cleanup

This does not want to run on a new machine from Dell. When you run th
program the following happens

1. You get the the screen that asks whether you want only your files o
users on machine

2. After selecting (either choice) there is a delay. A screen pops u
saying which drive to select (no options - all grayed out and no drive
specified) and then there is an immediate errror message that th
program failed. It goes out to search for possible repair options. An
then I have to close. Any Ideas to resolve
