Is this a new laptop with Vista installed on it when you purchased it? Are
you referring to the Ethernet port on the laptop or do you use a router or
other external modem to connect to the internet? If Vista does not see the
onboard Ethernet port, this is an issue Fujitsu must deal with.

Hi,

It's new and not working. Call the manufacturer (and only them, no one else
is responsible for your system) and state simply that they are to fix it or
you are returning it. If they refuse, follow through and return the unit for
a full refund. This is why you get a warranty.

correctly there?
