vista doesn't boot..windows failed to load because the kernel is m

Help me~~
when i boot my computer using vista..
appear error message...

"windows failed to load because the kernel is missing or corrupt...
0xc000000f
ntoskrnl.exe
memtest.exe..."

So, i tried booting and recovered with vista-CD...
but when i rebooted computer, see same error message..

1.Try to curing computer with lastest vaccine, but it doesn't work..
2.Typed expand d:\i386\ntoskrnl.ex_ c:\windows\system32 ,... doesn't work..


what can i do...???
don't want to format... T..T

Run Memtest overnight and see if there is an issue there.

Run memtest...you may have a defective or poorly seated RAM module.

Memtest is available at www.memtest86.com . You can download for free or buy
the CD-ROM.

Hi, Saucy - That is the wrong website for Memtest86+, which is the
correct version of the program. The old version of Memtest86 has been
deprecated for many years. Get Memtest86+ at www.memtest.org.

Thank you very much for your help..

tried to run memtest(with memtest86+-1.70)..
but there is not error anywhere...

when I rebooted, the same error message appeared..

Is there any mistake in my method that burned iso file and booted by CD and
tested.. ???

Anyother method can I run memtest... and fix this...???
