      07-21-2007
i have just installed vista home prem, and now when i open apps like IE7 or
normal windows, they just stop responding, then the whole screen stop
responding, what should i do

The resident expert on Vista, Frank, will be happy to help you because
Frank knows *everything* about Vista. Just ask him.

Have you checked to ensure the firewall is configured to allow ICMP
connections?

I highly recommend you read of some Frank's posts. He has mastered the
art of making yourself look like a babbling buffoon, and little
Frankie isn't bashful about showing off his undisputed "talents" in
