Vista don't boot properly.

Hi! Using a computer running Windows Vista, it enters on boot in a
continuous loop since the "Welcome" screen appears without going
farther. Has someone an idea on the way to go out of this trouble. Thank
you for your kind response.

Did you make any modifications to your boot file? What happens if you try and
boot it in the safe mode?
