Vista Download Server Busy

Is the Vista server down? I can't finish downloading it due to the error on
my download manager: Server busy.

Is the Vista not available for download now?

I would order it, but I don't have any credit card, to pay it with. And
they don't have any other payment options.

Can anyone send me a copy on any form, eg, a cd, or another download of the
prodcut? I will apreciate it a lot.

Hi Andre, has there been any word about whether they still plan to cut off
downloads at 2 million, which I have seen reported they are getting close
to.
