I have been searching for what that damn thing is and finally hit upon a
site that identified it as Toshiba Flash Card, it is a drop-down menu
shortcut (bar) that drops from the top of the screen. Apparently I can
uninstall it but hesitate in case I ever need it. Also it is a Toshiba
thing, I would guess other companies have it too.
