Vista DWM Framerate

Hi!

1. Is there a way to increase the DWM framerate in Windows Vista?
2. Is there a way to increase the speed of the UI animations in Windows
Vista?


It seems DWM animation is limited at 60hz unless you run an application that
updates faster. At 85hz CRT refresh rate the minimize animation is not
smooth, until I open FireFox or Opera and views a webpage with Flash
content. These issues make Windows Vista feel slower and low-quality then
Windows XP.
