Vista Enterprise - change language

I'm using Vista Enterprise. How can I change the language. I thought I could
download a language pack, but I can't find it on Technet.

If you are using Windows Vista Enterprise, contact your
system administrator for information about installing additional
languages. They are not available via Windows Update for
Windows Vista Enterprise edition.

Hi,

The language packs are obtained either through Windows Update, or by your
system administrator via their support channel.

But, can I download this language pack from Technet. I'm an System
Administrator and I'm testing Windows Vista, but I can't find out how to
obtain the language packs.

Through Windows Update the packs are not avialable; this is only with
Windows Vista Ultimate. I'm using the Enterprise edition.

Hi,

As I understand it, for Enterprise you need to go through Software Assurance
or your Partner support to obtain them.
