Vista Enterprise vs Ultimate

I am a little confused as to which version is included in the other. I think
Ultimate has all features but does Enterprise include all the Ultimate
features? Which version is the all inclusive one? Thanks for the
clarification.

Ultimate is the all inclusive consumer version. Enterprise needs volume
keys. It does not come with an individual install key.

Enterprise does not have all the features the Ultimate does .. and
Enterprise is not on the retail style licensing scheme, rather a corporate
one.
