C.E, Thanks for your response. the problem is that I couldn't
install/uninstall any apps. In the past few days I couldn't find any
refrences to the solution. Unless I find the answer to this mystery, Vista is
not welcome on my computers. I went ahead and formated the drive and
installed XP instead.
Security is good but I want to be the one in control of that.
