Vista Firewire problem

I have a genric PCI Firewire card with a Texas Instruments chipset.

When I fit it in my new Vista system it will not install. In Device
Manager it is labelled as a IEEE 1394 contoller but has a yellow
warning mark next to it. If I click on it I get the message;

"A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate
driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)"

I have uninstalled in Device Manager and refitted the card in my
system but no change.

Any ideas????
