Vista giving false alarm?

Every time I open Windows Vista Home premium on my computer, I get an error
message in a box titled 34API.dll saying:
"The program requires SAA7134 driver".
On checking my device driver list, I find that the device manager recognizes
a VideoMate video capture driver named VideomMate SAA 7130. May I therefore
presume that Vista is looking for a later version of that driver, even
though I do not know its relationship with 34API.dll.
Normally, if Vista is not satisfied with a driver, it goes online and
searches the later version acceptable to it. But it has not done that drill
for this message.
Is anyone using VideoMate card with Vista aware of where one can get the
SAA7134 driver? Even if I get it, the question remains: if that driver is
for a later version of the same card, can it be blindly applied here? Or
would Vista give up this insane alarm message?

Who is the card's maker. Go on line, all the drivers should be on their
site. Perhaps you are using XP driver on Vista with an old dll?

I checked 34API.dll in my Vista Premium. It is NOT a regular Vista driver.
Must be card related. But it looks like Vista's aware of it.

Vista will go online for MS updates, some MS hotfixes (most current), some
(narrow range) 3-rd party stuff in reality when the pointers are set up by
some "moonlighting" MS employees using their insider power to make a buck
but as a rule it is NOT a Vista responsibility to fetch every driver in the
world for you.

my compro H900F got same message "This program requires SAA7134 driver"
there are a lot of bugs with this TV turner card
