Vista hangs on startup

Computer hangs and will not startup ---- I have tried the startup repair
and system restore options when booting from DVD.... Still hangs ----
Any suggestions....

I'm sorry but you haven't given us enough information to help you. We
don't know anything about your computer, how Vista was installed, what
