Vista has a bug with copy processing, it's very slow

When I copy a file from CD-ROM to my HardDisk, it's very slow.

It takes me a bout 1692 days and 8 hour (see the picture below).

Then I restart my system and try copy again, it's copy normally (don't have
any error).

So, could you tell me: why?

Also, Service Pack 1 will resolve some performance issues when
copying/unzipping files.

SP1 RC1 hasn't
