The Vista is having problems in P2P programs?

My Windows Vista Ultimate 32bits, does not work the navigation after
starting P2P (eMule) or torrent (uTorrent), which can be?

I have Vista Premium x64,
and both emule ( well Xtreme or Scarangel mod )
and uTorrent ( 1.8.0 beta ) works fine.
Even if I had there values 9, not knowing yet about vista xp difference.

Yes I have troubles with emule running long, but it is related to my
VoIP broadband home router, because of limited NAT table items.
