Vista Home 32bit Edition to Ultimate 32 Bit Upgrade

Team,

We are trying to upgrade to Vista Home 32 bit to Vista Ultimate 32 bit. We
just get a message that tells us that the upgrade can not be completed &
there is no error code.

Help! Thanks!

First some further information about what you're trying to do is required:

(1) What version of Vista Home - Basic or Premium?

(2) How are you trying to do this upgrade? Over the top or clean Install?
