Vista Home backup

What would be a good, inexpensive program for dooing backups to an
external HD in Vista Home Premium? I see the built in is not a true
full BU.

Acronis True Image Home version 10. It's setup to perform auto backups
of important files to an external 500GB USB-2 drive. It costs $49.99
