Vista Home premium with AMD 64 x 2

I'm going to purchase an HP with Vista Home Premium and AMD 64 x 2 Core Duo.
Will I have any problem installing my Office 2003 Pro (or the unused Upgrade
Office 2007 Pro )that I purchased with my XP MCE 2005 or some other,
obviously 32 x Software?
