The OEM assumes responsibility. Like it or not, it's the way it is.

I built the computer myself. I've been runing it for several months on Vista
without a problem. Using CyberLink to play HD-DVDs and DVDs, etc. But I wanted to add a QAM tuner. That's when no Media Center became a problem. If I type in %SystemRoot% what come up at the top is
windows windows\ehome\eshell.exe windows\ehome\eshell.exe.config If I click on windows\ehome\eshell.exe what comes up is Windows cannot open this prigram because it has been prevented by a software restriction policy. For more information contact your system administrator. If I type in %SystemRoot%\ehome\ehshell.exe there is nothing at the top. No, I can't find Media Center anywhere.
Thanks for the help. Do you know, if I get Home Premium Upgrade, will it let me go from Home Premium without Media Center to Home Premium with Media Center?
