Vista home premium cant detect usb tv tuner

Even after i install the driver (come with the usb tuner), my vista cant
detect it when i run window media center.

How to force vista to add a tv tuner hardware like the Add Hardware wizard
in xp? Or any suggestion?

Well, you're going to need usb TV tuner that has drivers/software hook-up
that it installs for the Media Center, like the Pinnacle PCTV HD Stick 801e.
It works like a champ with Vista's Media Center.

Why don't you go to Control Panel, Device Manager and right-click the
pc-name node?
