Vista home premium drain my hard drive since upgrade from win xp media
center.\
any help to recover my hard memory. I had 140 gig and now I have 134 gig.
and keep and going, ay help will be welcome/

This isn't surprising. You should set aside:

1x your RAM for the hibernate file.
~1.5x your RAM for the pagefile.
15% of your total drive for System Restore and Shadow copy.
