Vista Home Premium - Fax

I was disappointed when I found that the Fax was dropped from this new
computer with Vista Premium. Someone here mentioned Snappy Fax a while
back. I just downloaded and played around with it a little. This is a
pretty neat program and does a lot more than the XP fax I was using. Don't
think I will be upgrading just to get the fax back.

People used either BVRP supplied with almost every modem, or WinFax if they
needed a fax manager. Windows Fax was always knocked for being neither one
thing or another. So finally they dropped it, but at the same time as BVRP
and WinFax wouldn't run. Great timing, eh!

Thats why there is choice.
