I currently have Vista Home Basic that was shipped with this desktop.I have
added more RAM-2GB and a Graphics card. Now I want to upgrade to Home
Premium.A disc came with my computer(Windows Anytime Upgrade)What is the best
way to upgrade?
The basic price for Home Premium is around $ 150....but sometimes I'll see
it for $65.This must be another type of product right?Anyways ,once I do
upgrade ,will I notice a big difference?

Compare Windows Vista editions:

Windows Anytime Upgrade

As for pricing, I guess it depends on the method you choose to acquire it,
whether it is physical retail upgrade package, or purchase an anytime
upgrade license online or through retail which will result in a price
variation. The Anytime Upgrade should be cheaper though, since you will just
acquire a license and use your existing Windows Vista Home Basic DVD which
contains all SKUs and upgrade to Vista Home Premium.

The difference you will see will be in features, not in performance.
If you don't know what those differences in features are, why do you
want to upgrade?

The cheaper versions are probably OEM copies. Presumably an OEM copy would
install, but I am not sure of the legallity.
