Vista Home Premium WinUpdate to SP1 uneventful

Conventional PC built a year ago by local shop to my specification
Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1 (build 6001)
2.20 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core
2GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS Display adapter

Via Windows Update I have just downloaded and installed SP1 (as evidenced
above) with no errors, no changes to my desktop layout with two monitors,
trouble free boot time defragmentation of both hard drives with Diskeeper
2008 Professional (with optional Chkdsk on). Brother HL-5130 and HP Deskjet
6940 printers, CanoScan LiDE35 scanner, RKS and Snappy fax printer drivers
and BullZip PDF printer driver all reassuringly OK.

Glad to hear your update with SP1 went smoothly. Mine did as well, as I
know many others did.

Glad you are ok, I had no PCI-e socket so no graphics card, I presume it's a
nVidia nForce4 problem
