vista home premium wont startup

hi i was using adobe photoshop on my laptop and it cut off, i went t
start it back up but it wouldnt startup, i tried to start in safe mod
but it was having none of it. i have also tried to run the start u
repair but again no luck. I dont have any vista discs as th
manufacturer didnt supply them can anyone help please this is making m
mad :mad

Usually when the manufacturer didn't provide the Vista disks, the file was
on a D:Recovery partition on your hard drive. You were to burn the DVDs (up
to 3) or CDs (up to 16) through the facility provided.

Your only action now is to contact the manufacturer and order the disks.
Last that I heard they were $10 each. Good luck!
