Vista Home Premiun update to sp1

my pc is lenovo NB with vista home premium x32 (Traditional chinese),

when I open windows update it can't find vista sp1 for update,

please advise how to update it to sp1

You can download the standalone SP1 installation file to install the
Vista SP1 on your computer from here.

time.
