Hi,
One: It is irresponsible of your ISP to tell you the system is incompatible
without running a full diagnostic
Two: The upgrade advisor is not perfect, it merely points out known
problems. It is not "smart" enough to percieve potential problems that it is
not aware of.
Have you checked with the computer manufacturer for Vista compatibility?
Sometimes it's as simple as a driver update. Sometimes, the computer simply
is not upgradable, but they should be your first source of information.
