Vista, IE, FF And Snapfish

Good morning all, I have problem that has baffled me but I am sure someone
here knows what to do.
I am using Windows Vista Home Premium. I have 2 user accounts on this
computer, the Administrator account Windows make you create when you boot
the computer the first time and then I have a user account that is set as
administrator. When I log in under the true Administrator account, I can
upload pictures to Snapfish.com using their quickupload with IE or FF.
However, when I log in to my user account I cannot upload pictures using
quickupload with FF or IE. It lets me select the pictures to upload and gets
to the point where they are all listed and ready to go but it never shows
the thumbnails, only the frames and it never starts uploading. I don't get a
error message either. I have tried everything I know, Runnining FF as
administrator doesn't work. I have tried turning off UAC and uninstalling my
firewall. Any help would be appreciated, I just can't figure out what is
different between the 2 accounts.
