Vista IE hijack

When I do a search (i.e. google.com) sometimes when I click on the result of
the seach it will popup a new window with something completely unrelated to
the seach results (sometimes porn results). I have Avast Antivirus (updated,
running realtime & I ran a deep scan), Adaware & Spybot (both updated & ran),
both of these found problems & fixed them then the same results again later.
Anyone have any ideas?
