Vista image mounting

Hi Dudes,

Using(WAIK) ' Windows PE Tools Command Prompt' I mounted some
appliacations(exes and MSIs)to the vista image.
But after deploying that mounted image to a system(baremetal PC)am getting
only files under Program files without getting install.

Any advises appriciated.
